5 participants at Pueblo High School completed a self-assessed Google Form for a month, where they would finish a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy worksheet and Gross and John Emotional Regulation Questionnaire each week. Additionally, the Google Form included an anxiety level scale.

  1. This a unique and very important question that impacts a lot of people. It’s great that you used an evidence based practice (DBT) to use as your intervention. It’s hard to keep subjects involved, and so impressive that you finished your project with the 5 people. Great job interpreting and displaying your results. Great job!
