Our project is about how the color of something effects its temperature. We chose this project to help bust the saying "darker things are hotter" and to help others use science to make choices to help in their everyday life. We concluded that the saying is true, lighter colors (yellow, red, orange) ended up cooler, the darker colors (blue, purple, green) ended up warmer. Our project is important because it can help others adapt to their habitat using colors and knowledge.
