"Five popular frozen desserts were put to a test to see which would melt the slowest. After researching what main ingredients in frozen desserts make liquids freeze/melt, the experiment was conducted. A simple procedure of individual bowls with equal parts frozen dessert, food thermometers, and a temperature controlled environment, revealed the most effective ingredient in causing fast melting in frozen desserts. "
