"This project tests what colors prove best for memorization of information. We chose this project because we were curious about whether or not color influenced or could influence our retention skills and whether or not we should color-coordinate our study guides. The results of this experiment were that out of the 5 colored lists which contained 10 words each, the yellow and pink colored list had the highest average of 7/10 words memorized by participants. This project is important because the results could provide many teachers, students, or just people who use study guides, with a more efficient and colorful way of retaining information that works even better than the standard black and white colored documents.
