  1. This was a clean, concise presentation that was easily readable, something that isn’t the easiest feat for science experiments. It was very interesting to see that the efficacy of salt as a preservative was diminished when added to the other tested preservatives on the “All” muffin. Very cool to see proof of why salt was such a common preservative back in the day!
