"This project intended to find more about the working of batteries and if they could be made with unconventional materials. We chose this project due to an interest in chemistry and because of a discovery that a Miracle Grow solution could produce voltage. This project resulted in the discovery that many chemicals have charges which add to the voltage of Miracle Grow in addition to the concentration of the liquid and its relationship to energy output. This is important to the further research of batteries and of better ways to have energy stored in the future."
