How does the Temperature of Water Affect a Plants Growth

Plant Sciences

"I gathered three temperatures of water (36, 75, 100) and I watered 12 pots of marigold seeds. Each water temp got 4 plants to water. I chose this experiment because marigolds are easy to grow. That 75 degrees almost doubled in height compared to the other two. It shows me that the temperature your plants should be watered with is 75 degrees."

  1. I like your thoughtful introduction and how it led to your interesting hypothesis! Keep up the great work!

  2. This was a great experiment with really interesting and clear results. Very nice work! I appreciate your level of detail in your experimental design, so we can eliminate all other variables aside from water temperature. I’m excited to see what you do in the future.
