This was a fun project and I appreciated the researchers enthusiasm! Given the surprising result of the orange juice, I encourage the researcher to do more digging to find out why they got the result they did. Baking soda is a solid, and so has not gas in it, and as noted by the researcher, orange juice has very little gas in it. The result is therefor due to a chemical reaction that is generating gas rather than gas being present in any ingredient.
