"This project is in regard to soil contamination, especially through heavy metals. Different pH neutralizers were used, testing not only the effectiveness in balancing out the pH of soil, but also the effectiveness in allowing plants to thrive in the future. Guava sprouts were used for testing throughout the 4-week span (2 weeks heavy metal contaminants, 2 weeks pH neutralizers), in which equal amounts of each solution was added to each pot."

  1. A really good project. You found a good topic to investigate with application in the real world. Your display was excellent, easy to read with graphs and good pictures. I liked the way you talked about the pros and cons. Keep up the interest in science and come back next year.
