Can Video Games Be Good For You?

Health and Wellness

"My project is about heart health. It is about the heart rate for kids doing activities such as video games and outside movement. I chose this project because my parents limit screen time and I wanted to be able to tell them that I was getting exercise. My conclusion was that when I play active video games like Wii, the heart rate is in a kid's exercise zone. My project is important because it might tell video game makers to make more active Wii games. I can also play these games when I can't go outside to play"
